Owner Portal

Owners can make an owner reservation, view statements for their property, view guest and owner reservations on an annual calendar and view work orders within the owner portal. Follow the steps below to log in to your owner portal.

In the navigation bar, hover your curser over the “Become our Partner” tab. Under the dropdown menu, click “Vacation Owner Portal” and you will be directed to the Owner Login page.

Enter Username and Password and click Log In.

**If you were in the Compass program prior to January 1, 2023, you have already received an email with your username and password. If you have not yet logged in or forget your credentials, click Forgot Password.

Once you are logged in to the Owner Portal, you will see these tabs.

Reading your Owner Statement

​The owner statement shows the Credits/Revenue and Debits/Expenses for each property.

**The ownership percentage will show directly under your property name on the statement. i.e. 100.00% Ownership or 50.00% Ownership. Regardless of the percentage, 100% of the rental income and expenses will be shown on each statement. If the percentage is split between two owners, both owner disbursements will show on each statement to calculate the ending balance for the property.

OWNER DISBURSEMENTS

Owner disbursements are initiated via direct deposit or check on the 10th day of each month (or, if the 10th day falls on a weekend or holiday, on the following business day) for rentals with a checkout date during the previous month. Rents on reservations for two or more months are disbursed monthly.

Owner Reservations

Instructions on how to create an owner reservation are in the instructional video above. **Once the owner reservation has been made, the owner cannot change/cancel the reservation. Please contact the office to make any changes.

Please note in the reservation if you need Compass to have keys and pool tags These are included in a key bag, ready to be picked up on check-in day.

PLEASE DO NOT create Back-to-Back Reservations

What is a back-to-back reservation? It occurs when you or a guest are checking-in the same day you or a guest are checking -out. As specified in the Management Agreement, Compass does not accept back-to-back reservations on Sundays or holidays. (New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Eve). We ask that whenever possible you refrain from making owner or owner guest reservations which create back-to-back reservations. The time between checkout and check-in on the same day pushes our cleaners and the process to be done quickly, leaving more opportunity for Compass to deliver an experience that does not meet our standards.
